Return and exchange window
Return or exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-returnable cases
Returns may be refused for used, washed, altered, damaged, missing-tag items, final-sale or clearance products, hygiene-sensitive items, or concerns reported after the return window. Slight colour variation, normal fabric texture, and minor measurement variation are not treated as defects.

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos of the package and product. This helps us verify the issue quickly with our packing and courier partners.
