Accepted payments

SMD Garments accepts the payment methods shown at checkout, including eligible online payment options and Cash on Delivery for serviceable locations across India.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. COD orders are payable at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may affect future COD eligibility.

Taxes and invoices

Product prices may include applicable GST. The standard tax configuration for the store is 18% GST where applicable. Order invoices or tax details are issued according to the information provided at checkout and applicable business requirements.

Failed, pending, or duplicate payments

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the order attempt details, payment reference, phone number, and email used. Verified duplicate or failed payment reversals follow payment gateway and bank timelines.

Payment safety

Do not share card PINs, banking passwords, OTPs, or UPI PINs with anyone claiming to represent SMD Garments. We never ask for confidential payment credentials.
